In line programme of activities for the 2020_2 Semester at the Special Study Centre for Nigeria Police Force, Dei-Dei, the verification of students that registered for the Semester examinations is scheduled to commence electronically on Tuesday, 1st December 2020. The said verification, which would be conducted electronically, would end on Thursday, 31st December 2020.
A copy of the verified e-Clearance form is required during the screening prior to admission to the Examination Hall. Consequently, students registered for examinations are MANDATED to:
- Download and print the attached e-Clearance form.
- Complete Section A of the form and affix a recent coloured passport photograph
- Scan and upload the completed form alongside the 2020 2nd Semester Examination Registration slip and send electronically (nounpolicecentre@noun.edu.ng) for verification.
Please note that the verified form would be returned to the e-Mail address from which it was forwarded. Consequently, ONLY functional and valid email address should be used.
Furthermore, ONLY students whose e-Clearance forms are verified at the Study Centre would be permitted to take part in the examinations.
This exercise must be treated with utmost priority, as the period for this exercise would NOT be extended. Failure to keep to the stipulated period may result in the student's inability to sit for examinations.
