NUC Grants Full Accreditation to 7 FUNAAB Courses

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has achieved full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for seven courses. This milestone follows the NUC’s Comprehensive Accreditation Exercise conducted in October and November 2023.

Accredited Courses at FUNAAB

According to the Summary of Results released on June 6, 2024, by the Acting Director of Accreditation, Engr. Abraham Chundusu, the following courses have received full accreditation:

  • Entrepreneurial Studies
  • Home Science and Management
  • Hospitality and Tourism
  • Biochemistry
  • Microbiology
  • Zoology
  • Economics

Each of these courses is now fully accredited for the next five years, ensuring that FUNAAB maintains high educational standards across these disciplines.
