Yes, anyone can win but this time around, the "Users will Decide". What do we mean by that? We simply means that members of SchoolGist will be responsible for picking out the winner by voting for them. Here's how we would achieve this;
Between 9:00PM - 10:00PM the first 20 users in the ranking will be listed in a comment on this thread. Out of the 20 selected users, SchoolGist members will vote on their preferred winners by clicking on "LIKE". The names with the highest number of "LIKES" will be selected as winners.
So those with the POLITICAL VIBE on SchoolGist can canvas for Votes (LIKES). LOL...
So the first step now is to get to the first 20 on the ranking. Once you achieve that, politics will begin...
