Many students woke up last Monday to the news of an indefinite strike by ASUU which according to the union will ground all forms of academic activities across the university campuses in the country. As expected, some students are not happy with the development while for others, it's a way of temporarily breaking away from the heat of academic work.
We learnt that a good number of the universities have already complied with the directive from the leadership of ASUU. What we do not know is the extent to which the strike action has affected activities within the campuses.
Registration and clearance have already commenced for newly admitted students in many universities before this strike action. We can't tell for sure if these exercises have been affected by the strike.
So we would like to know what the situation is like in your school and what is your take on this current situation.
Has your school joined the strike? Is there any form of academic activity currently going on? Please do let us know.
