UNILORIN Disqualifies 35 Post-UTME Candidates Over Indecent Dressing

About 35 candidates who were supposed to participate in the post-UTME screening exercise of University of Ilorin were disqualified due to indecent dressing.

It was learnt that the candidates mostly females pleaded to be allowed to participate in the screening but their pleas fell on deaf ears as the University has zero tolerance for indecent dressing.

It would be recalled that the university had earlier in their 2015 Post-UTME advert stipulated "Decent dressing" as one of the criteria for being allowed inside the screening hall.

Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs of the University, Mr. Kunle Akogun, when contacted said he was yet to be briefed on the development but was quick to add that it is possible since the university has zero tolerance for indecent dressing.

With this development, it is obvious that the affected candidates have automatically forfeited their admission for this year.
