  • Eligibility: Open to graduates and individuals with relevant experience.

Admission Requirements

Certificate Programmes

  • Educational Qualifications: Three (3) credits at not more than two sittings, including English Language (SSCE/WASC/GCE/NECO).
  • Teacher’s Certificate: Merits in three (3) subjects, including English, at not more than two sittings.
  • Mature Candidates: Thirty years and above with three (3) credits, including English.
  • Alternative Qualification: Five credits in WASC, NECO, GCE, or TCII with at least a pass in English.

Diploma Programmes

  • Educational Qualifications: Four (4) credits at not more than two sittings, including English Language (SSCE/WASC/GCE/NECO).
  • Teacher’s Certificate: Merits in four (4) subjects, including English, at not more than two sittings.
  • Mature Candidates: Thirty years and above with three (3) credits, including English.
  • Alternative Qualification: Five credits in WASC, NECO, GCE, or TCII with at least a pass in English.

Qualifying Examination or Interview

All applicants must undergo a qualifying examination or interview conducted by the university through the Centre for Cultural Studies and Creative Arts.

Programme Duration

Certificate Programmes

  • Full-time: 6 to 12 months
  • Part-time: 12 to 18 months
  • Executive/Professional: 3 to 6 months (Open to military, para-military, and top civil servants)

Diploma Programmes

  • Full-time: 6 to 12 months
  • Part-time: 12 to 18 months
  • Executive/Professional: 3 to 6 months (Open to military, para-military, and top civil servants)
