Education:
- An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Management
Work Experience:

- Experience in an emergency duty station is an asset.
Language Proficiency:

Reports Specialist (Grant Management)

How can you make a difference?
- Under the supervision of the Chief, C4D/Polio Communication and other Programme Staff, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, compiling, and editing of English-language proposals and reports for donors, ensuring that they are in line with criteria set out in official guidelines and directives, and in line with agreement/stipulations.
- The incumbent will work also with Field office colleagues, Chief Field Operations, Chief of Supply and Finance as well as Programme Officer, (budget) to help monitor the large programme budget of over $50 million a year. And ensure accurate expenditure at field level, against appropriate grant.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- Education: A University degree in Social Sciences or related technical field.
- Experience: Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at national and international levels.
- Language requirements: Fluency in English, and a second UN language is desired.
Skills And Attributes:
- Knowledge of computer management and applications.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Very strong MSExcel skills required.

Background
- UNICEF scaled up comprehensive nutrition program in Borno and Yobe state in 2017-2018 in collaboration with government and partners. Preventive, promotive and curative nutrition services are designed based on local context to ensure availability and access to life-saving nutrition services in host communities, IDP camps and hard to reach areas through integration of nutrition services in functional health facilities, deployment of out-reach team in IDP camps and mobile nutrition team in hard to reach areas. UNICEF has set up nutrition surveillance system in North East Nigeria and co-chairing information management technical working group (IMTWG).
Education:
- University degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or Data Management or a related field with a nutrition focus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in public health, nutrition, knowledge /data management or related field in developing country context.
- Experience of nutrition data collection, with extensive experience, compiling and analysing quantitative data and producing relevant graphical representations of analysed data.
- Proven experience in synthesizing relevant information and developing reports on time against set deadlines for the dissemination of key findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English required. Knowledge of the working language of the duty station an asset.
Specific Technical Knowledge required:
- Professional technical knowledge in Data Collection
