Applicant must possess FIVE CREDIT at not more than two (2) sittings, in the following subject, English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO, WAEC or NABTEB.

Select School of Post Basic Midwifery under the service then generate remita (RRR) Number of the sum of Seven thousand naira only.STEP 3: Receipt of remita payment should be presented to school of nursing Accountant BEFORE OBTAINING YOUR SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN.STEP 4: Visit https://nursing.uduth.org.ng form 2.php and serial number given to you.
