The Students Union Government (SUG) of the Coalition of 19 Northern States (G19) has fixed January 4, 2021 as the new date to protest against the prolonged strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
The student body expressed its displeasure regarding the current state of federal universities in the country which has not administered academic activities for nearly 10 months and as such are organizing a peaceful protest to the Ministry of Labour and Employment to end the strike.
