A rumour circulating all over now including social communities is that people have been told not to put on any clothing that has a touch of red colour today 9th August. This rumour had intially been accredited to the office of general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in person of Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
A news coming from Pastor Adeboye this morning has it that he has not made such declaration. In a tweet made available on his facebook page, daddy G.0 said and i quote ''Please inform all your friends and family members that I, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, did not send any message out informing you not to wear a particular color and do not have any issues with whatever color. No message stating you should not wear a particular color was ever authorized by The Redemption Camp or my office. Please be mindful and careful of erroneous messages.''
Prior to this time, there has been a great adherence to this rumour from the places monitored to the extent that people who have red cars parked it and walked with their legs. Same thing happened to those with red coloured phones, they all dumped it somewhere. In same vain, we have some people who had ignored the rumour right from the start of it.
