The study was on the effect of export channel strategy on organization performance in Nigeria. It specifically focused on the management of organization in the Export Processing Zone (EPZ). The top management staff members of these organization were interviewed to evaluate their perception and assessment on channel strategy usage, product characteristics and organizations performance. The study provides exporting firm with stringent ideology on the effectiveness and efficiency of the available. Channel strategies, their uniqueness and characteristics. It provides an insight into how an exporter could exercise control in the foreign market, and prevent and association with an aggressive domestic partners. It provide student and researcher’s under this subject matter with valuable resource material.
