The University of New South Wales(UNSW) graduate research school offers a wide range of Postgraduate Research Scholarships for International students including Nigerians to assist postgraduate researchers of exceptional potential to undertake a higher degree by research.
The scholarships available to International students under this program include the
International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS),
University International Postgraduate Award (UIPA),
Tuition Fee Scholarship (TFS) plus a Research Stipend,
AND The UNSW/Home Country Joint Scholarships
Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a 4 year bachelor’s degree with first class Honours from an Australian institution, or an equivalent research qualification/experience.
- Applicants qualifications must be in a field relevant to your area of research.
- Applicants must be enrolled/enrolling in a full-time higher research degree at UNSW for the appropriate semester.
- Applicants must be undertaking study in a subject area identified by the University as one of its areas of research concentration.
- Applicants must be an international student and meet international student visa requirements

Application Deadline
Applications are offered for two semester rounds - Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Applications for Semester 1, 2017 closes 18 August 2016.
