The management of the Polytechnic Ibadan has inaugurated a task force to enforce dress code ethics of the institution and has vowed to suspend or totally expel any student of the institution who is found guilty of violating the dress code.
The Rector of the institution, Professor Olatunde Fawole who stated this during the 2016/2017 matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students of the institution added that the management of the institution had set up a standard dress code ethics which has been made available in the information handbook.
He said the Polytechnic Ibadan posses a unique image and it should not be dented. To this end, the institution would not compromise its hard-earned impressive image for any damaging misconduct from any student.
