OAUTHC Entry Requirement
- Candidate must possess 5 credit in SSCE (WAEC NECO and NABTEB) including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. Obtained in not more than two sittings.
How to Apply for OAUTHC Admission Form
Application forms are obtainable from the School of Community Health, Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife from Monday 5th February, 2024 at a cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only after payment into OAUTHC School Account via REMITA PLATFORM Account Number 0280190665014 GIFMIS code 1000277586) through any Commercial bank of your choice and indicate the purpose of payment as “Admission Form into School of Community Health”.
Thereafter, the evidence of payment should be brought to the school to collect admission form.
