Internship Qualifications
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
- For Positions 1 to 5: A relevant university degree or its equivalent from a recognised institution, with registration with the appropriate professional body.
- For the Nursing Officer Intern: A degree in Nursing Science from a recognised university, registrable with the relevant professional body.
- For the Dietetic Intern: A degree in Dietetics from a recognised institution.
- For the Dental Therapist Intern: A Higher National Diploma or University degree from an approved school of Dental Therapy or a university.
- For the Dental Technologist Intern: A Higher National Diploma or University degree from an approved school of Dental Technology or a university.
Role and Responsibilities
Interns will be required to carry out a variety of duties within their respective departments, as well as any periodic tasks assigned by the Heads of Departments. This hands-on experience is designed to provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of their chosen field.
