We are a company that strives to dream big, and our passion for creating beloved beers and meaningful experiences inspires us. As owners, we empower our team to lead real change, deliver on tough challenges, and take accountability for the results. We are searching for talented individuals who share our values of ambition, boldness, and resilience, and are eager for fast career growth, cross-functional experiences, global exposure, and robust training and development.
We are looking for people interested in a multifunctional career with the willingness to develop new skill sets and capabilities throughout their career. To that end, we have established our Global Management Trainee (GMT) program, which offers a variety of benefits to participants:
- 3-4-month rotations, each aligned with our three strategic pillars, in Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply/Logistics projects within these rotations, that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.
- Cheers! Festival (Global Induction) where GMTs will hear about our company strategy firsthand from our most senior leaders and network with peers.
- Access to the global GMT alumni database.
- Potential for experiences in different locations across the zone (mobility within zone required).
- Formal mentoring and access to unique zone L&D curricula.
- Unique exposure opportunities with senior leaders.
- Career tracking by the zone People Continuity and Talent Management teams.
- Placement in a front-line position upon completion of the program (openness to ambiguous career track).
To qualify for the GMT program, applicants must be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline preferred) or studying towards a Post Grad (PGDip) Business Administration, Masters, or equivalent degree. They should have no more than three years of full-time formal working experience, legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which they are applying, proficiency in English, and full mobility with an openness to working and living in various locations.
We are excited to welcome passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to making a difference in the world through our company.
