Nigerian Student Owing School Fees, Bags First Class From Lincoln University

Bayelsa state acknowledges Perewari Pere who graduated with first- class Honors from the prominent Lincoln University in the United States and 20 students who completed their studies in flying colors.

Mr Seriake Dickson who is the Governor of Bayelsa state commends the students as worthy ambassadors of the state and joy in the heart of their families. He also sent a congratulatory message to the students who graduated on May 13, 2017.

He also used the opportunity to express his gratitude to the management of Lincoln University for their understanding and cooperation, despite the state’s inablity to complete the student’s school fees when due.

The Governor stated that efforts have been made to complete the fees as soon as possible, but $500,000 was released to them and he promised the balance would be payed within the shortest possible time.

Mr Dickson emphasized that the government and the people of Bayelsa sate would remain grateful to the managemnt of Lincoln University.
