A Nigerian lecturer has called on students to ensure they collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), before examinations begin or risk losing out on writing exams.
The lecturer, Maureen Egeonu, in a now deleted Tweet, said students who are displeased with the decision are free to report her to the school authority, but those without PVCs may not be allowed to write her course.
