FEDPOLYNAS Post UTME Screening Admission Form 2024/2025 – This is to inform all candidates that chose FEDPOLYNAS as their preferred choice of institution that the management of Nasarawa state polytechnic has released online the sale of its post UTME form for 2024/2025 academic session. As for who is eligible, only candidates that selected FEDPOLYNAS as their preferred choice of institution and score up to 140 in their 2024 UTME are eligible to apply and register.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A) Candidate must choose FEDPOLYNAS as his or her preferred institution however, if he or she didn’t but completed a change of institution form via JAMB to FEDPOLYNAS, such category of candidates are still eligible.
B) Candidate must score a minimum of 140 in 2024 UTME in order to be eligible to partake in the post UTME examination.
Cost of The Admission Form
FEDPOLYNAS admission Form cost Two thousand Naira (N2,000) per candidate and it can be purchased online using an active debit card.
How To Apply For FEDPOLYNAS Post UTME Form
Firstly, Candidates are required to pay a Non- Refundable Fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) to FEDPOLYNAS First bank Account at Lafia Branch with Account No. 2002430843 for Screening Form at present the Teller at the ICT Centre of the polytechnic to collect the Screening Form.
Secondly, Candidates are to complete the Screening Form and proceed to their Departments of choice for Screening.
Please follow the steps outlined below and ensure you read them carefully.
Step 1 – Candidates/applicants that applied to Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa to log in through the School Website/portal at www.fedpolynas.edu.ng.
Step 2 – After successful completion of the application form, then the Candidates should proceed to click on ‘Pay Screening Fee’ from their profile and make the 2,000 payment for the online screening exercise in compliance with COVID-19 procedures for social distancing.
Step 3 – After a successful payment, the potential candidates should also follow the online step by step screening stages to enter your subjects combination, O’Level and scratch card details
Note: Potential Candidates must enter valid scratch card pin for the system to verify O’Level qualification, otherwise your admission would not be considered. If you combined two O’Level results then you have to supply two scratch cards.

- Original “O” Level Statement of Results
- Indigene Certificate
- Declaration of Age/ Birth Certificate
- One Passport Sized Photograph
