LAUTECH suspends student over admission racketeering

This is to inform the University community and members of the public that one Timothy Femi Oguntoye, a 200 Level student in the Department of Nursing in the Faculty of Nursing Science of this University has been apprehended for swindling unsuspected admission seekers. He has been investigated by the men of the Nigeria Police Force and found culpable.

Oguntoye, with the matriculation number 200116 and mobile phone number 08107715347, will be charged to court and suspended throughout the duration of the court case, after which he could be expelled if found guilty by the court.

It is therefore incumbent to put members of the LAUTECH community and the general public on notice that the University has not contracted its admission processes to any group or individual. All admission seekers are advised to always contact the University Registrar for enquiries.

Members of the public are also advised to stop patronizing unauthorized persons for admission to avoid being fleeced.
