KWASU notice to students on regularization

KWASU notice to students on regularization

This is to inform the University community that all cases of regularization of admission into KWASU have been duly attended to.

Find below updates on the regularization process.

i) Those admitted on or before 2016 have been given due consideration by the University.

ii) Students admitted between 2017 and 2021 and have accepted their admission on CAPS have been given due attention

iii)Students that have issues with change of course (i.e New Admission) and have submitted their forms have also been given due consideration.

iv)Students admitted between 2017 and 2021 and are yet to accept their admission on CAPS are advised to do the needful.

In line with the directive of JAMB that all institutions should disclose all cases of irregular admissions, the university sent out a circular to the university community and the public, notifying students and graduates of KWASU with regularization issues to submit their regularization forms and details to the Vice- Chancellor’s office.

To date, a total number of six thousand, seven hundred and sixty seven (6,767) admission regularization cases of students admitted into KWASU after 2016 have been collated and forwarded to JAMB office for further directives. In this regard, the institution is awaiting final approval from JAMB.

Please be assured that, the University Management will not rest on her oars until the last problem of regularization is resolved.

The University Management therefore, calls for calm and patience from affected students, graduates and parents/guardians as we wait for final approval from JAMB.

Thank you.

Signed
