Many have been made to believe that job satisfaction depends on the paycheck, so they choose a career path considering only the financial benefit only to discover later that there is something missing.
Some others have chosen career paths based on what the society considers “the ideal job” and later resent and feel enslaved by their jobs because there is no sense of satisfaction or fulfillment from what they do.
According to Steve jobs, your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.
And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.
