A school bus belonging to Chimola School, in Oba Ile Estate of Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, has allegedly been hijacked by unknown gunmen
According to Sahara reporters who shared the story, the incident occurred around 7 am today, Thursday, June 3, 2021.
The bus is said to have been hijacked by the gunmen while the driver and a staff member were moving around to convey pupils to the school. The bus driver and the staff are said to have been abducted as well.
