Federal Polytechnic Bida (fedpolybida) academic calendar for 2023/2024 academic session is out. The academic calendar is for fresh and returning students, parents and guardians as well as prospective students who will be applying for fedpolybida in the next academic session.
The table below which contains all activities set for the academic session which includes both academic and non-academic activities. fedpolybida academic calendar is a summary of the first and second semester (academic session).
As seen in the table, the following have been scheduled for the session;
- Resumption of students
- Registration exercise for both first and second semester.
- Resumption of lectures and ending date of lectures
- Examination and vacation

Monday 10th – Submission of Application for Registration/renewal of Association of clubs to
Students Affairs Deanery.
Monday 10th – Registration begins for 2023/2024 SIWES Students.
Monday 10th – Late Registration begins for HNDI/NDI 20200/2021 Academic Session.
Monday 10th – Departmental Board of Studies Meeting.
Monday 10th – Lectures begins for all students excluding SIWES students (NDI-2023/2024)
Tuesday 11th – School Board of Studies Meeting.
Wednesday 12th – Statutory Academic Board Meeting.
Monday 17th – Post Semester Examination begins for 2023/2024 NDI & HNDI only.
FEBRUARY 2022
Monday 9th – School Orientation for HND1 & ND1 20221/2022 session.
Thursday 10th – Polytechnic Orientation for HND1 & ND1 2023/2024 session.
Friday 11th – Matriculation Ceremony for HND1 & ND1 2023/2024 session.
