Sequel to the Management's approval for final year students signing out day slated for Saturday 7th September, 2024. I have been directed to convey the following conditions for strict compliance with a view to ensure orderliness. safety and peaceful conducts of the events.
1. That the programme will commence by 10:00 am and terminate at 5:00 pm.
2. That there will be no rally/hiking within or outside the Polytechnic premises.
3. That Motor Cycle race(s) is prohibited within the campus on the signing out day.
4. That all celebrations will be restricted within and around the Stadium Complex.
5. That all celebrants are to appear decents in accordance with the Polytechnic extent rules on students' dress code.
6. That unwanted inscriptions on either bodies or cloths is forbidden.
While wishing you peaceful celebration, you should note that the Management will NOT condone violation of any of the aforementioned conditions and appropriate disciplinary action would be taken against any student that contravenes same.
