1. Pay the Certificate Processing Fee:
The first step in this process involves making a payment for your Certificate Processing Fee at the College Bank (ZAFEC). The Certificate Processing Fee is ₦2500 and the Alumni Fee is ₦1,000, only.

2. Proceed to the Bursary Department:
After making the payment, proceed to the Bursary Department with your payment teller. The Bursary Department will issue a receipt after confirming your payment.

Next, write a request letter for the collection of your NCE Certificate. This letter should be addressed to the Registrar through the Head, Examination and Records. Formats for the request letter can be found on the notice boards at the Record Section in the Academic Office.
4. Visit the Records Section in Academic Office:
With the request letter written, head to the Records Section in the Academic Office. Ensure to bring along the following documents:
- Acknowledgement/Congratulatory letter printed at the College CBT Centre.
- Certificate Processing Fee Payment Receipts.
- Request Letter.
- School Identity Card.
- Statement of Result, if you previously collected.
