Mr. Obong Paul Ekpo, Mr. Moses Enoidem, and Mr. Nkorok Ambrose have been nominated for the Akwa Ibom State Chairman of the Universal Basic Education Board by the state Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel.
This was contained in a memo sent to the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly and read by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Aniekan Bassey at the Tuesday Plenary.
Ini Friday Akpan, and Mr. Johnny Udoh, were also nominated as members of the board.
The house speaker, Rt. Hon. Aniekan Bassey, referred the matter to the House Committee on Committee on Justice, Human Rights and Public Petitions for further legislation and to report back to the House within two days.
