Africa Oxford Initiative (Afox) 2022 Visiting Fellowship Programme

Africa Oxford Initiative (Afox) 2022 Visiting Fellowship Programme

The AfOx Visiting Fellowship is intended to give exceptional African researchers working in any academic field the opportunity to build international networks and concentrate on a project of their choosing while freeing them from the responsibilities of teaching and administrative work at their home institutions.

The AfOx Fellowship allows fellows to engage on a project of their choice in conjunction with Oxford-based researchers while also taking advantage of the facilities available at Oxford University for research, writing, and developing research leadership skills.

The Fellowship is open to researchers from all disciplines. Fellows will be connected with the University of Oxford for a period of 12 months, which will include 10 months of virtual participation and a two-month in-person visit to Oxford during Trinity Term.
