The attention of Management has been drawn to fraudulent activities of some impostors found in the habit of impersonating the Acting DVC, Dr. Samuel Akintunde on Social Media Platforms to dupe unsuspecting netizens by using his name, picture and fake telephone number through social media accounts created by these fraudsters.
It has been discovered that these unscrupulous people are on Facebook, Whatsapp and other social media platforms. One of them is using these phone numbers 07063837163, 08134080464 to chat with people online as Dr. Samuel Akintunde.
In view of the above, we wish to advice the general public to disregard any activities carried out by these suspected criminals via social media platforms in form of chat, call, message or other means.
Their messages should be treated as fake, fraudulent and misleading. Everyone is henceforth urged to disregard it in its entirety.
