AAUA Produces 18 First Class Students As 4,053 Students Graduate

The Vice Chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), has disclosed that the institution will at its forthcoming convocation Ceremony graduate a total of 4,053 students.

He made this known during a press conference to herald the event which comes up Friday, December 18, 2015.

The vice chancellor of the university, Professor Igbekele Amos Ajibefun, made this disclosure during a press briefing heralding the 6th Convocation Ceremony of the university coming up on Friday, December 18, 2015.

According to him, 4,053 would be awarded First Degrees, 130 will be given Master’s degrees, 20 will bag PhDs while 107 will obtain Diplomas.

He further stated that among those First Degree graduands 18 will graduate with First Class Degree honours 787 will graduate with Second Class Upper Division, 2,500 with Second Class Lower Division, 702 Third Class, while 46 finished their programmes with the Pass grade.

He also revealed that honorary awards would be conferred on some deserving Nigerians.
