This exercise requires the physical and online submission of original and photocopies documents for your clearance to be deemed complete in AAUA.

List of Documents Required for Physical Clearance in AAUA
- Birth Certificate or Age declaration
- WAEC or NECO/NABTEB result:- Statement of result or certificate
- Scratch Card(s) to enable access to the above uploaded results NECO; WAEC; NABTEB: etc should be uploaded to enable confirmation of same.
- Local Government of origin Certificate or Affidavit of Local Government Area of origin
- JAMB result slip with passport
- JAMB admission letter (Institution copy)
- Acceptance letter
- Guarantor’s letter
- Affidavit of Good Conduct
- Affidavit of Non-Membership of secret cult
Having provided the above documents and uploaded to AAUA portal, you can then start with other registrations like course registration, apply for hostel accommodation (optional), pay your faculty and departmental dues and so on.
