This is to inform all admitted candidates that the processing of admissions for 2013/2014 academic session, which commenced on Monday, 14th October 2013, will end on Friday, 29th November 2013.
For the avoidance of doubt, any admitted candidate who fails to pay his/her acceptance fee and school fees on or before Friday 29th November 2013 will pay an additional penalty fee of N5,000.00 (five thousand naira only).
Furthermore, any admitted candidate who fails to pay his/her acceptance fee, school fees and N5, 000 (five thousand naira only) late penalty fee on or before Friday 27th December 2013 being the final deadline for the processing of all admissions into the University for the 2013/2014 academic session admission exercise, will be assumed to have forfeited his/her admission and will have his/her admission withdrawn.
All admitted candidates are to submit their files containing the following to the Faculty Officers at their various faculties:
a) Copy of their e-admission slip.
b) Copy of their clearance page and eligibility form.
c) Copy of their online generated Matriculation number page.
d) Copies of the University receipt for acceptance and school fees.
e) Sworn affidavit/undertaking to be of Good Conduct as collected from the office of the Dean of Students.
All admitted candidates are to visit the University college portal at www.myaau.com for further details on the guideline for the processing of their admissions.
Please be guided accordingly as Management will ensure strict enforcement of the deadline in line with the 2013/2014 academic session admission exercise calendar.
