This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry DE candidates who secured admission into the Zamfara State University, Talata Mafara that Screening/Confirmation Exercise is scheduled to commence as follows:
- Date: Wednesday, 4th December, 2024
- Time: 9:00am-4:00pm daily (Monday to Friday)
- Venue: University Temporary Site, Talata Mafara
All candidates are required to bring the following documents for the screening:
- Original and duplicate copies of Jamb Admission letter (coloured printing)
- Evidence of admission and a copy of remita receipt for payment of Acceptance fees;
- Photocopies of all credentials and other relevant certificates;
- Original copies of all Credentials and other certificates for Screening & Verification (FSLC and Testimonial, O’ Level Result (Original Certificate), Letter of Indigene, Declaration of age/Birth Certificate and A’ Level Certificate/Result for Direct Entry candidates;
- Copy of Biodata form; and
- Four (4) copies of recent passport photograph.
