The Governing Council of Yobe State University today Wednesday, 15th January, 2025 had an extra ordinary meeting where they deliberated and approved as follows:
1. Appointment of Professor Bukar Jamri as the Acting Vice Chancellor with effect from 13th February, 2025 following the expiration of the tenure of the current Vice Chancellor.
2. Appointment of Mallam Garba Ahmadu GirGir as the Acting Registrar with effect from 15th February, 2025 following the expiration of the tenure of the Registrar.
