1. Data Form Print Out.
2. Result Checker.
3. O Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO) to be verified and confirmed by the Students Records Department.
4. UTME Result print out.
5. Post UTME Screening print out.
6. Testimonial from Secondary School.
7. JAMB Admission Letter.
8. Acceptance Fee Receipt.
9. Payment History Print Out.
10. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:
(a) Imam/Pastor
(b) Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12
(c) Lawyer
(d) Principal of your former Secondary School.
11. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.
