Yaba College of Technology – YABATECH post UTME form for 2024/2025 academic session is out. This form is for candidates who selected and registered Yaba College of Technology as their preferred choice of institution during the 2024 UTME and passed the general cut off mark or candidates that changed their institutions to Yaba College of Technology, using JAMB change of course and institution form.
The management of YABATECH is hereby calling on all suitably qualified candidates (UTME) that YABATECH post UTME forms are out and applications are currently being received from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 2024/2025 academic session.
Parents and guardians are note that their wards can carry out the registration online without having to physically come over to the polytechnic.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- YABATECH post UTME screening will be computer based test format.
- YABATECH post UTME form for 2024/2025 academic session is out and applications are hereby invited from strictly eligible for admission into Yaba College of Technology National Diploma (ND) Full Time and B.SC. in Technical Education programmes (100 level) for 2024/2025 academic session.
- Kindly be informed that all eligible candidates are required to pay the sum of Two thousand Naira (N2,000) only for YABATECH post UTME form.
- Please note that only suitably qualified candidates are eligible to apply for the post UTME form. Kindly see below for YABATECH post UTME eligibility requirements.
- YABATECH post UTME registration for 2024/2025 academic session closes on Wednesday the 17th of August, 2024.
- Please note that calculators will not be allowed into the exam hall during the post UTME screening test.
- Candidates making use of 2 sittings in their O’level result must use the following certificate combination.

YABATECH Post-UTME Eligibility Requirements
a) JAMB Cut Off Mark: Candidates must score have scored at least 150 and above for National Diploma (ND) Full Time and 160 for B. Sc. Degree (100 Level) in affiliation with University of Nigeria, Nsukka in the 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
b) Candidates chose YABATECH as their FIRST or SECOND CHOICE institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for YABATECH post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Yaba College of Technology, on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
c) Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) post UTME.
d) YABATECH O’Level Requirements: The minimum entry requirements to the first year is a General Certificate of Education (or equivalent) with Credit passes in at least five subjects chosen from a list approved from time to time by Senate provided that in each case all the five (5) subjects are taken and passed at not more than two sittings.
e) Age Requirement: All candidates must not be less than 16 years old by October 31, 2024. All candidates who do not meet the age requirement are advised in their own interest not to apply.
How to Apply for YABATECH Post UTME Admission Form
I have provided the steps needed for applying for Yabatech post UTME form for 2024/2025 academic session. Ensure you read carefully to avoid making mistakes in your application process.
Step 1 – Applicants are to visit https://erp.yabatech.edu.ng/yabaapplication/admissions/getinvoice to generate payment invoice of two thousand naira (2,000) for post UTME screening form and proceed to the bank. Please note that payment for post UTME admission form can only be made via remitta.
Step 2 – Upon making the payment of two thousand (N2,000) naira for the screening admission form through the bank, click HERE to login by entering your JAMB Reg Number/YCT Application number and password.
Step 3 – Click the LOGIN button below to access your form and fill correctly.
Step 4 – Upon providing all data, click the SUBMIT BUTTON and print out your acknowledgement slip.
SCREENING OF CANDIDATES: Candidates are advised to print their SSCE result verification slip and come along with it to the screening venue.
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES: Candidates are advised to make available, correct data on the portal as they will be responsible for any error made during registration and any wrong information inputted on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and O’Level details will automatically disqualify the candidate.
Inconsistency in name or picture on photo card will not be accepted by the College and may lead to disqualification of concerned candidates. Candidates’ name on their O’ Level Certificates, UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

YABATECH Post UTME Form Closing Date
The management of Yaba college of technology has announced that the online form shall commence on Monday September 4, 2024 and close on Monday October 6, 2024.
