Who is eligible to Participate in 2013 Commencement Ceremony of the AUN?

A degree is awarded only after a student has both satisfied all degree requirements and has been financially cleared. Those eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony are as follows:

Students who received degrees after completing their requirements in “Summer II” 2012, or in fall 2012.

Qualified degree candidates for spring 2013, namely students whose academic records indicate that they can satisfy degree requirements by the end of the Spring semester 2013 or “Summer I” 2013 and who have filed an application to graduate.

Students who have more than seven (7) credits remaining to complete will NOT be eligible to walk through the graduation ceremony.

Eligible students must have paid all tuition and fees, including graduation fee, by May 04, 2013 in order to be permitted to participate in the ceremony.

Students who do not have all clearances (academic and financial) by May 04, 2013 will not have their names printed on the graduation program.

Senior Week Activities: Monday, May 06 to Thursday, May 09, 2013

Honors Society Awards Dinner: Thursday, May 09, 2013 (for graduating members of Honors Society and their parents)

Senior Awards Ceremony: Friday, May 10, 2013

Venue: Lamido Aliyu Musdafa Commencement Hall, AUN Main Campus

Commencement Ceremony: Saturday, May 11, 2013

Time: 10:00am
Venue: Lamido Aliyu Musdafa Commencement Hall, AUN Main Campus

General Reception: Saturday, May 11, 2013

Time: 12:30pm
Venue: AUN Cafeteria
