SchoolGist gathered that the Head of National Office of WAEC, Mr. Charles .M. Eguridu disclosed in a minor press briefing that the 47,289 results that were withheld in the just concluded WAEC Nov/Dec 2012 has been canceled!
The information on our desk added that while speaking to Newsmen, he (Mr. Eguridu) disclosed that all the candidates whose results were withheld were placed before the national examination council body and all the withheld candidates have all been found guilty with the placement of various evidences by various supervisors.
The head of national office thereby wish to inform all withheld candidates that their results have all been cancelled and that WAEC wishes the successful candidates a merry Christmas and happy new year.
Note however that SchoolGist is yet to confirm the authenticity of this update, but we cannot totally ignore the possibility that the news is authentic. We promise you more update on this.
