Initial Steps in the Registration Process

  1. Verification at MIS:
    • Before beginning the registration, all students must report to the Management Information System (MIS) for verification.

Subsequent Registration Steps

  1. Accessing the Registration Portal:

    • Username: Your registration number (returning students) or application number (new students).
    • Password: Initially, use the default password uscoega2024.
  3. Password Update:
    • Upon first login, you will be prompted to update your password. The new password should be a mix of alphabets and numbers, with a minimum of 8 characters.
  4. E-mail Verification:
    • Verify your email on first login. This email is crucial for payment transactions with Remita.
  5. Confirm Personal Information:
    • Ensure your Name, Level, and Department are correct. Provide your phone number when prompted.
  6. Payment Process:
    • Click on ‘Fees’ and confirm the correct schedule and total amount. Then, proceed to full payment.
  7. Completing the Payment:
    • You will be directed to the ‘Paylog checkout’. After verifying the information, click on “Pay Now”.
    • Then, proceed to the Remita page and submit your payment.
  8. Printing Payment Receipt:
    • After successful payment, print the receipt from your portal dashboard. This receipt includes your biodata and payment details.

Course Registration Steps

  1. Accessing Course Registration:
    • With your payment receipt, proceed to ‘COURSE REGISTRATION’ on the portal.
  2. Selecting Courses:
    • Your compulsory courses are pre-selected. Choose your elective courses under ‘Select courses’ and add them to your list.
  3. Finalising Course Registration:
    • Click ‘Register’, then ‘Confirm’ or ‘Cancel’ based on course changes.
    • Click ‘Proceed’ to finalise.
  4. Printing Course Form:
    • After successful registration, download and print your ‘Course Registration Form’.
  5. Departmental Registration:
    • Take your printed form to your department to conclude the registration process.
