Three students of Greenfield University in Kaduna State that were kidnapped from the school by gunmen have reportedly been killed by their abductors.
The armed bandits had broken into the private university located along the Kaduna-Abuja Highway in Chikun Local Government Area on Tuesday night, April 20, shooting sporadically before abducting an unspecified number of students. Read here
The death of the students was conveyed in a statement released today Friday, April 22, by the Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan. He said the remains of the three students were found at Kwanar Bature village, a location close to the university.
