Sale of Forms and Submission of forms - Since 13/06/2024
Screening of Applicants - 12-14/08/2024(Monday to Wednesday)
Shortlisting of Qualified Candidates - 14/08/2024 (Wednesday)
SUG Senate Election - 21/08/2024 (Wednesday)
Manifesto Presentation - 22/08/2024 (Thursday)
SUG Executive Election - 23/08/2024 (Friday)
The Guidelines for Scheduled Election
1.Only bona fide students with CGPA of 3.00 are eligible to vie for posts in SUG elections.
2.Posters shall be signed by candidates.
3. Posters shall be pasted only at the designated places.
4. Completed forms shall be endorsed by parents and guardians as contained in students' records.
5. No motorcades during the electioneering exercises.
6. Colour posters are not allowed.
7. Defaulters of the guideline, election-time table and other relevant regulations in the election shall be disqualified.
