Candidates who selected UNIPORT as their preferred choice of institution during the 2024 UTME or have completed a change of institution to UNIPORT and scored a minimum of 150 in JAMB are eligible tto partake in this post UTME Screening exercise.

We here by use this medium to inform all eligible candidates that UNIPORT Post-UTME screening admission form for 2024/2025 academic session has been released.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates are required to score a minimum of JAMB cut off mark of 150 and above and must have chosen UNIPORT as his or her first choice, plus must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in relevant subjects which must include Mathematics and English language as it relates to the course registered in their UTME.

Cost of Post UTME Screening Form

The cost of application fee is N2000 per candidate.

Application Form Submission Deadline

The Deadline for submission of application form is slated for 31st August 2022.

How To Apply for UNIPORT Post UTME Screening Form

Applications are currently being invited from strictly qualified candidates who chose the University of Port Harcourt as their First Choice in the 2024 (UTME) and scored a minimum of 150, to partake in the post UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the institution.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1 – Eligible candidates are to visit http://registrationportal.uniport.edu.ng/

STEP 2 – Input UTME Registration Number

STEP 3 – confirm pre-loaded UTME details.

STEP 4 – Print out Payment Slip

STEP 5 – Proceed to any of the following Banks with Remita platform(ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC,FCMB, UBA PLC, AND UNIPORT-CHOBA MICROFINANCE BANK) and make payment of N2,000.00 only.

CANDIDATES WHO FAIL TO REGISTER WITHIN THE REGISTRATION PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCREENING EXERCISE.

MATERIALS NEEDED FOR POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates are required to come with the following:

  • A clear copy of the Photo Card printed online and pen.
  • A photocopy of O’Level Examination Certificate(s) (WASCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB) and Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Age Declaration.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Inconsistency in name or picture on Photo Card will not be acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification of affected candidates. Candidates’ names on their O’Level Certificates, UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.
  • Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by October, 2024 to be eligible for the exercise.

  • Mobile Phones, Ipad, Ipod, Walkman and similar gadgets or any extraneous materials will not be allowed into the Screening Venue and its environs.

  • Candidates must report to the designated Screening Venues at the time scheduled on the Photo Card or risk disqualification.

  • PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, AS WELL AS UNINVITED SECURITY AGENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE CAMPUS ON THE DAYS OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE.
