Entry Requirements

1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old and not more than 34 years of age.
2. Candidates must possess five Credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO) in the following subjects, English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
3. Candidate must have passed the required UTME score of 180 and above.

Note: Applicants are to come along with documents stating age, State of origin, Local Government Area, School(s) attended with qualifications obtained.

Candidates or applicants must posses the following qualifications below to be eligible:

1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not be more than 38years of age upon date of application.

2. Must possess the following: WAEC/GCE (0/Level), SSCE/NECO with Five (5) credits in not more than Two (2) sittings in the following subjects; English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

3. Candidates must also possess Registered Midwifery Certificate (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).

You are required to go with the following documents to purchase the post UTME form.

• Photocopies of JAMB result slip
• Photocopies of JAMB change of institution slip
• Photocopies of WAEC/NECO results
• Birth Certificate
• Four Passport photographs
• Ensure you Upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

How To Apply For School of Nursing & Midwifery UBTH Admission Form

Step 1 – Application forms are obtainable in person from the office of the Principal with a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, payable to UBTH TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT (TSA) VIA REMITA PLATFORM in any Commercial Bank under the service type “TRAINING SCHOOL- SCHOOL OF NURSING”.

Step 2 – A separate payment of N200 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State Account No. 2004854377 First Bank of Nigeria.

Step 3 – Candidates are to submit four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken two weeks prior to application) while returning the completed application forms.
