UNIPORT Hostel Accommodation Booking
is finally out. If you are
interested in obtaining a hostel
accommodation in the University
Campus, UNIPORT offers hostel
accommodation to Fresh full-time undergraduate Students.
The hostel accommodation fee has been increased from about N2,000 (not sure of the exact figure) in last session to N20,350 due to the recent privatisation of the hostels.
Also hostels listed for allocation does not include
Claude Ake Block C and Olusegun Obasanjo Clinical Students hostels which are normally reserved for 4OOLevel and 500 to 600 Levels Medical Students.

Obtaining Hostel Accommodation
Interested students are expected to follow the following procedure to obtain hostel accommodation:
Book for Hostel accommodation N500
Pay Hostel Accommodation fee N19,850
Proceed for clearance at the Hall
Procedure:
Only students who have paid their school fees and have their passport photograph uploaded on the ecampus portal will have access to book for Accommodation
Proceed to any of the university designated banks and pay your Hostel Booking Fee. The banks are as follows:

FIDELITY BANK
If you have paid your school fees;
1. Log on to the school portal by clicking here and Log in with your User ID and password
2. Click the Accommodations Tab and click Book, if accommodation is available
3. Proceed to the bank and make Accommodation booking fee payment
4. Log on to the school portal by clicking here and Log in with your User ID and password, click the Accommodations Tab and click Book
5. Click continue if a room is available for you
6. If you have paid your Hostel booking fee, a space will be reserved for you.
Proceed to any of the designated University banks to pay your Hostel Accommodation fee. You are expected to pay the Accommodation fee and print out your Clearance Slip within 96 hours (4 days) from the time of booking in order to retain the space booked. If you fail to pay the required Accommodation fee for your accommodation, you will lose the space you have booked for.
After paying the required Accommodation Fee, log in to the school portal by clicking here and click the accommodation tab.
1. Click the Clearance Slip and print it out
2. Click the Undertaking Slip and print out
3. Take the Clearance & Undertaking Slip to the office of the Dean, Student Affairs for signature and stamp
4. Proceed to the assigned hall for allocation
5. Complete other requirements as stipulated on the portal
WARNING
1. No student must sell his bed space or be involved in any transaction of such nature; If you are caught you will be RUSTICATED!
2. You cannot transfer your bed space allocation to another student; if caught you will be instructed to forfeit your allocation and face other disciplinary actions.
3. Students involved in cultism are barred from applying for hostel accommodation.
4. Students should not apply twice or impersonate with other person’s data: defaulters shall face disciplinary action.
