A 25-year-old student of Osun State University, Busari Ayomide Kamil, has lost his life in a fatal car accident involving a motorbike he boarded and a vehicle, while he was in school to sort out his missing results.
According to reports, the deceased, who was meant to have graduated in 2018 but was unable to do so due to missing results issue, was invited by the school management to sort out the challenges surrounding the results.
Ayomide reportedly went to the school to submit a letter to help him upload his results. When he arrived at the HOD’s office, he was denied audience and told to go back to the school the following day. He returned home and went back to the school the following day, and was again, told to go back and return the next day.
It is alleged that the HOD kept postponing the meeting without giving him proper attention to help him sort out the said missing results.
The student, unfortunately, was involved in a bike accident on April 29, 2021, while still trying to resolve the result issue in school, and passed on yesterday, May 16.
