A Pathway to University Success

The UNIOSUN JUPEB Programme is a one-year intensive course designed to prepare outstanding candidates for the A/L certificate examination. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain direct entry into the 200 level degree programmes at JUPEB-affiliated universities.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the JUPEB Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualifications: Five (5) Ordinary Level Credit Passes in relevant subjects, including English Language. Candidates aiming to study courses in Health Sciences, Science, Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Education (Sciences), and Management and Social Sciences must also have a Credit Pass in Mathematics. These credits must be obtained from WASC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings. For courses in the College of Health Sciences, only one sitting is allowed.
• Screening Exercise: Candidates who meet these requirements will be invited for a screening exercise.

Qualifications for Admission to 200 Level with JUPEB Results

To be admitted to the 200 level with JUPEB results, candidates must:

• Have five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at O’ Level from one sitting, or six (6) credits from no more than two sittings.
• Apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) by obtaining the Direct Entry Forms from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
• Pass the JUPEB Examination with acceptable grades.

The specific course allocated at the 200 level will depend on the candidate’s performance in the A/L Examinations.

How to Apply for UNIOSUN JUPEB Admission

Application Process

1. Visit the UNIOSUN CHRD Portal
2. Application Fee: N15,000, payable online through the UNIOSUN Interswitch Web Pay Platform.
3. Complete the Online Application Form: Print the form and bring the printout along with photocopies of all your credentials on the day of the screening exercise, which will be communicated later.

After the screening, successful candidates will have their names published online and through SMS messages.
