This is to inform the University Community that the current lack of power supply from the National Grid affected the whole of Maiduguri and environs and is attributed to collapse of vandalized Line Tower between Damaturu and Maiduguri. It is understood that effort is being made by the Transmission Company of Nigeria to restore power supply as quickly as possible.
Any inconvenience caused by this disruption is highly regretted.
