The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS, met with senior members of the Non -Teaching Staff from the Registry and Bursary on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at the J.F. Ade-Ajayi Auditorium.
From the levels of Senior Assistant Registrar and Principal Accountant upward, respectively, he charged them all to be divested of the past and to be fully invested in the joint task of taking the University of Lagos to greater heights.
He reiterated his determination to ensure that the welfare of all members of staff is well taken care of, making specific reference to all those who have issues with stagnation, promotion and conversion. He re-pledged his determination to work by the rules in order to ensure that what rightfully belongs to every member of staff is never denied them.
The Vice-Chancellor promised to keep being accountable to every member of staff, urging everyone to let the past go, close ranks and work together for the peace and progress of the University of Lagos.
