The 9th edition of the Annual project Management Lecture of the Department of Building, University of Lagos will hold on Thursday. This is contained in a release signed by the Head, Department of Building, Prof. Godwin Idoro.
According to him, the department will, through the lecture, address fundamental development issues in the country and proffers solutions to them.
Idoro said the Minister of Works, Mr. Mike Onolememen, will deliver the ninth lecture titled, ‘Economic transformation through infrastructural development: The role of project management.’
According to the statement, the Managing Director, UACN Property Development Company Plc, Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran, will preside over the event as chairman, while the Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Ms. Ama Pepple, will be the special guest of honour.
Idoro added that the chief host would be the Vice Chancellor, UNILAG, Prof. Rahaman Bello, who would be supported by the Dean of Post-Graduate Studies, Prof. L. O. Chukwu, and Dean, Faculty of Environmental Studies, Prof. Leke Oduwaye.
