The Governing Council of the University of Cross River State in conjunction with the state government have approved the appointment of Prof. David Abua as the new Acting Vice Chancellor of UNICROSS.
Prof. Abua takes over from Prof. Stephen Ochang, the outgoing Acting VC of the University.
